The Island, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge

Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge is perhaps one of Northern Irelands most famous and most visited tourist attractions. Can your nerves take crossing the 30m deep x 20m wide chasm with the ocean below? The bridge was erected by salmon fisherman and links the mainland to the tiny island who have been crossing it for the past 350 yrs though the bridge has evolved since for safety reasons. Some have crossed it and been so afraid they couldn't return and had to return to the mainland via boat.
