Port na Spaniagh, Giants Causeway (IMG0771)

The sweeping shoreline of Port na Spaniagh at the Giant's Causeway leads towards Lacada Point with its iconic Chimney Stacks. It was here in 1588 the galleass of The Spanish Armada, La Girona, foundered on the rocks as it made its way eastward along the Irish coast resulting in the loss of 1300 lives.
