The Breaking Storm, Castlerock

A very stormy and windy day at Castlerock, this sea wall is known as the Barmouth and is part of two defenses, one to either side of the mouth of the River Bann. To both sides are beautiful sandy beaches but as its on the northern coast the Atlantic winds can get fierce. It was extremely difficult to keep the tripod steady long enough to get a good shot and hard to stand up myself.
